General Procedure of Obtaining Residence Permit in Georgia

“Rights Georgia” offers legal counselling in the framework of the project “Promoting Migrants Rights and Rule of Law in Georgia” implemented under IOM EMERGE project with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.

Under the project “Rights Georgia” provides timely and qualified legal assistance to the migrants on selected cases that are related to:

- the residence permit applications;
- access to rights;
- any other cases in the sense of access to rights where the counterpart will be the state authorities.

The legal assistance includes representation before the administrative authorities and the common courts of Georgia.
